With an engaging, pedagogical and self-facilitating dialogue material all kinds of teams will get the opportunity to create a common platform for effective teamwork. The structured dialogue creates a focus on the right things that will benefit the whole organisation as well as the team and each individual.
The methodology
The content of the TEAMmat is based on the theory how adults learn (andragogy), group psychology, Susan A Wheelan’s studies of work groups and how to make groups work effectively and Daniel Pink’s thoughts about what create job satisfaction, motivation and high performance in today’s work life.
The tool
The tool contains several dialogue exercises divided into 4 different
parts which focus on the team’s assignment, communication, energy and possibilities. It will take approximately 3 hours for a team to work through the TEAMmat and the follow-up tool which output will be an action plan on both a team and individual level.
The TEAMmat could stand-alone or be a part of a longer team development program.
The certification
The certification includes a one-day training in the methodology, the tool, its possibilities and a start kit with 4 TEAMmats.
