The methodology<\/h5>\n
The content of the TEAMmat is based on the theory how adults learn (andragogy), group psychology, Susan A Wheelan\u2019s studies of work groups and how to make groups work effectively and Daniel Pink\u2019s thoughts about what create job satisfaction, motivation and high performance in today’s work life.<\/p>\n
The tool<\/h5>\n
The tool contains several dialogue exercises divided into 4 different
\nparts which focus on the team\u2019s assignment, communication, energy and possibilities. It will take approximately 3 hours for a team to work through the TEAMmat and the follow-up tool which output will be an action plan on both a team and individual level.<\/p>\n
The TEAMmat could stand-alone or be a part of a longer team development program.<\/p>\n
The certification<\/h5>\n
