The format of the Adrenaline Mat is a paper poster measuring 70&#215;100 cm. It contains a large number of exercises distributed on both sides. They are structured in a pedagogical flow to fit the target group. Everything on the mat is uniquely designed to fit the communication needs and graphical profile of your organisation.<\/p>\n<p>Key resources from within the customer\u2019s organisation always facilitate the Adrenaline Mat. They will be trained on the mat pedagogy to be able to run a fun and involving learning experience that motivates, inspires and engages the employees. Through that, the learning retention of the main messages increases and gives more meaning on a deeper level. This enables individual employees to contribute better to reaching the goals and direction of the company.<\/p>\n<p>As a complement to the Adrenaline Mat we create a variety of support tools such as action plans, information brochures, films, facilitators\u2019 guides, etc.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>The LEADERmat\u2122<\/h2>\n<h5><strong>Creating sustainable results through communicative leaders<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Between 70-90% of a leader&#8217;s working day consists of different forms of communication. The conditions for a leader to organise, alter and create results depend to a large extent on the leader&#8217;s ability to communicate.  <\/p>\n<p>The LEADERmat is an intuitive, concrete and structured dialogue material that provides leaders at all levels an opportunity to reflect and create a common platform for their communicative leadership!<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>The TEAMmat<\/h2>\n<p>With this engaging, pedagogical and self-facilitating dialog material all kinds of teams will get the opportunity to create a common platform for effective teamwork. The structured dialogue creates a focus on the right things that will benefit the whole organisation as well as the team and each individual.<\/p>\n<p>The content of the mat is based on how adults learn (andragogy), Susan A Wheelan&#8217;s studies of work groups and how to make groups work effectively and Daniel Pink&#8217;s thoughts about what create job satisfaction, motivation and high performance in today&#8217;s work life.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>The Reflect Mat<\/h2>\n<p>This tool is designed to renew the experience and increase the interactivity and learning retention of meetings or conferences, which are characterised by many PowerPoint presentations. The methodology behind is the same as for the Adrenaline Mat. We create more reflection and a possibility to discuss the relevance of the message for everyday work. This results in a readiness in all employees to act on the messages that are being conveyed by the speakers.<\/p>\n<p>The Reflect Mat is self-facilitated, but also provides a possibility to enhance the effect through short moderator led debrief sessions, if needed. Based on your needs, we help you strengthen the line of argument throughout the day and increase focus on the respective speaker&#8217;s main messages.<\/p>\n<hr>\n<h2>Education and presentation assistance<\/h2>\n<p>Through this service we assist you in reviewing the relevance, content and effect of your educational material and set-up and individual presentations. We help you tailor your message more closely to the needs of the listeners. Furthermore, we give you concrete suggestions and coaching around more pedagogical measures concerning the packaging of the message and presentation techniques adapted to the specific target group.<\/p>\n<p>Using our long experience in taking the listeners\u2019 perspective, we make sure they get as much as possible out of the presentations.
