Tillsammans har bolagen etablerat en stark bas i den nordiska regionen s\u00e5v\u00e4l som i Italien och Holland. Under 2013 engagerades Adrenaline Key med uppdraget att utveckla en process f\u00f6r att lansera Cloettas nya mission, vision samt v\u00e4rderingar.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u00f6sning:<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Det f\u00f6rsta steget blev att utveckla en Adrenalinduk f\u00f6r att mobilisera och skapa engagemang hos alla ledarna inf\u00f6r v\u00e4rderingsimplementeringen. Denna duk introducerades p\u00e5 ledarnas vinterkonferens i mars 2013. Som ett andra steg utvecklades en medarbetarduk, med tillh\u00f6rande verktyg, f\u00f6r samtliga 2600 medarbetare. Den lokala utrullningen sker i tio l\u00e4nder fram till Q1 2014, d\u00e4r materialet anv\u00e4nds p\u00e5 arbetsgruppsm\u00f6ten som faciliteras av gruppledaren.<\/p>\n<h4>Effekt:<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Implementeringsprocessens m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning \u00e4r att skapa stolthet, en f\u00f6rst\u00e5else f\u00f6r bolagets mission och vision samt st\u00e4rka f\u00f6rm\u00e5gan och engagemang att leva v\u00e4rderingarna i det dagliga arbetet. I Telia Bredbandstj\u00e4nster Sverige AB togs nya sanningar f\u00f6r hur en medarbetare f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntades agera tagits fram och kommunicerats till de 240 ledarna p\u00e5 ett ledarseminarium, via sms, VD blogg samt p\u00e5 intran\u00e4tet. Ledningsgruppen \u00f6nskade nu att ta n\u00e4sta steg i Kulturresan och v\u00e5rt uppdrag blev att ge de 240 ledarna ett verktyg f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut samma budskap till deras 3000 medarbetare p\u00e5 ett engagerande och effektivt s\u00e4tt.<\/p>\n<h4>L\u00f6sning:<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>V\u00e5rt l\u00f6sning innebar att, tillsammans med Telia Bredbandsj\u00e4nster Sverige, utveckla en Adrenaline Duk med fokus p\u00e5 att leva f\u00f6retagets nya sanningar och interna kundl\u00f6ften. Duk och uppf\u00f6ljningsverktyg lanserades p\u00e5 h\u00f6stens ledarseminarium med utrullning i lokala team under h\u00f6sten\/vintern 2011\/2012. Dukarbetet under ledarseminariet fungerade b\u00e5de som ett lanseringstillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r de interna kundl\u00f6ftena samt som tr\u00e4ningstillf\u00e4lle f\u00f6r att rusta ledarna till att arbeta med arbetsmaterialet i sina egna team.<\/p>\n<h4>Effekt:<\/h4>\n<hr \/>\n<p>M\u00e5lbilden var att f\u00e5 ut ett och samma budskap till alla medarbetare, att skapa ett engagemang kring detta hos b\u00e5de ledare och \u00f6vriga medarbetare.
